Midlife transition coaching for women

When you look in the mirror, do you still recognize the woman looking back?

This is where you come home to yourself in the middle of a big life shift, so you can hear your inner knowing again, trust it, and step into the woman you're becoming. I've lost myself more than once, and you don't have to do this alone.

There's ground beneath your feet, even here.

Maybe the nest is empty, or a long relationship has changed shape, or the career you spent decades building has started to feel like golden handcuffs. Maybe nothing big happened at all, and you just looked up one day and realized you're standing at a crossroads with no idea which way to go.

On paper, you know what's changing. Inside, it can feel like limbo. You might be carrying real grief for the roles you're outgrowing, even while part of you is excited about what's next, and both of those can be true at the same time.

It's completely normal to feel scared, full of trepidation, and unsure of who you are when you aren't being "the mother," "the wife," or "the leader" anymore. You haven't lost your way, my friend. You're in the in-between, and you don't have to walk through it alone.

The shift looks different for everyone.

Most of the women I work with are the capable ones, the one everyone calls when something goes wrong. And then something shifts, and all of a sudden they don't feel like themselves anymore.

  • Maybe it's an empty nest, and you keep walking past your kid's closed bedroom door, wondering what you even like to do now that you finally have some time for yourself.
  • Maybe it's a divorce, or a relationship that ended or changed, and you're standing in the grocery store holding a jar of pasta sauce, realizing you don't know which one YOU like, because for years you bought the one everyone else liked.
  • Maybe it's grief. You lost someone you can't imagine life without, and when people ask how you're doing, you say you're fine because you don't know what else to say.
  • Maybe it's a career change or retirement, and so much of who you are was tied up in that role that you're not sure who you are without it.
  • Maybe it's a big birthday on the horizon, and you've started taking inventory of everything you've put off and what you want the next ten years to hold.
  • Maybe it's success. You checked all the boxes and did everything "right," and now you're not happy, and you feel guilty for even thinking that.
  • Or maybe you're at a crossroads, and you've made the pros and cons list, called your sister, asked your best friend and two people from work, asked ChatGPT for good measure, and you still don't know what to do.

It doesn't really matter which one it is. From the outside you probably still look like you've got it all together. Inside, maybe you're waking up at 3 a.m. with your brain running, saying yes to things and resenting them all week, and telling yourself a woman like you should be able to figure this out on her own. I've been there too, more than once, so I get it.

This is likely a fit if...

  • You've built a life that works on paper and doesn't feel like yours anymore.
  • You're in the middle of a shift, and you'd rather move through it with someone beside you than alone.
  • You want somewhere to bring the real thing, instead of the version you tell everyone else.
  • You're ready to be honest with yourself, even when the honest answer surprises you.
  • Part of you suspects there's a bigger life waiting on the other side of this, and you want to find out what it looks like.

This is probably not the moment if...

  • You're looking for a fixed program with a set curriculum to complete.
  • You want someone to hand you the answer rather than help you find your own.
  • You're moving through something that calls for clinical care. This work can sit alongside therapy, and it doesn't stand in for it.
  • You'd rather stay where you are for now, which is a real and honest answer.

If you're nodding your head, you're in the right place.

I know this place because I've lost myself more than once.

When a long relationship ended at the end of 2010, I realized I'd been half of something instead of whole on my own, and I had no idea who I was. When my mom died in 2021, the grief was suffocating, and some days my practice was literally sitting on my mat to cry. And when I left my corporate career in 2025, my big trust fall, burnout hit hard, and instead of hitting the ground running I had to slow way down and take a real look at the life I'm building now.

Every time, what brought me home was getting out of my head, back into my body, and listening for my own answer. And what opened up on the other side was a deep, felt sense of trust that everything is coming together for my highest good, whether I can see it yet or not. That trust is what let me leave my corporate career before I had every piece figured out.

We all land at these crossroads more than once, so part of what I want for you is knowing how to come home to yourself the next time life shifts, too. I've been practicing for nearly 30 years and walking women back to themselves for the past 11, and that's exactly why I do this work one on one.

Your path home to yourself

You don't have to figure out your whole life at once. We take it step by step, and each step builds on the one before it.

1

Find your footing

We start where you are. We get clear on what's shifting, what you're grieving, and what feeling at home in yourself would actually look like for you now, so we're both walking toward the same thing.

2

Hear yourself again

We slow things down and settle your body, so the noise in your head can soften and you can hear what you really think. Together we notice the patterns that pull you away from yourself, like the automatic yes and the 3 a.m. overthinking.

3

Trust what you hear

You start making choices from that place in your real life, the hard conversation, the decision you've been putting off, the no you used to swallow. I'm in your pocket for the moments that count, so you're never guessing alone.

4

Step into who you're becoming

Once you trust yourself again, we look ahead. What do you want this next chapter to hold? We build it on purpose, one aligned step at a time, and you leave knowing how to come home to yourself the next time life shifts.

This is what changes when you're not doing it all alone.

Where you are now

Where you're headed

Lying awake at 3 a.m., running the same decision over and over

Making the call and trusting it, without polling everyone you know first

Living a life that fits everyone but you

Building a life that feels like yours, and letting yourself want more for it than you used to

Grieving the role you've outgrown, and maybe feeling guilty that part of you is relieved

Honoring who you were and feeling at home in who you're becoming

Saying yes to everything because you're afraid of letting people down

Saying no without a long explanation, and saying yes to the things that light you up

Wondering if it's too late for the thing you keep putting off

Saying it out loud, and taking the first real step toward it

Life will still happen, and something hard will still land in the middle of your week. The difference is that you'll know how to come back to yourself, and you'll trust what you hear when you get there. And from that steady place, the question gets a lot more fun. What do you want this next chapter to hold? What would you try if you trusted yourself completely?

I worked with a woman whose two kids were in high school and driving themselves around, and for the first time in as long as she could remember, she had time for herself. That's when she realized how long she'd been on the back burner. She wanted to go from sitting most of the day to being active again, and to make some mindful changes in what she was eating, but she didn't know where to start. So we started slow, with movement she actually enjoyed and small changes that fit her real life, and built from there. She was surprised by how simple it was, and she saw changes a lot faster than she expected. What she didn't expect was how far it would ripple out. Because she stuck with it, she had the energy to do more active things with her kids, and years later, with her grandkids too.

"I have learned acceptance of my limits, changing my self-talk, how to create a mindfulness practice, and so much more. Rachel is my motivation to always challenge myself to learn new things and accept myself where I am now. I definitely would recommend her as a yoga instructor, life coach, and friend."

Becoming · 3 months

$2,500

or 3 monthly payments of $840

Six private sessions, plus three months of unlimited voice and text support

Start living as the woman you're becoming.

This is where awareness turns into a new way of living. You start saying no without replaying it all afternoon. You catch the overthinking before it swallows your day, and you make decisions you actually trust. The practices that bring you home to yourself start to feel like yours, and you start letting yourself want things for this next chapter, and going after them.

Apply for Becoming

Payment plans available on every path.

Every path includes

  • Two private 60-minute Zoom sessions a month. The first is a kickoff, where we get clear on where you are and where you want to go. Every session after that goes deeper.
  • Unlimited voice and text support with me between sessions. When a hard conversation lands or a decision is keeping you up, you message me right then, while it's still fresh, so you're never saving it all up or figuring it out alone.
  • A check-in from me between sessions, even when you don't reach out, so you never wonder if I've forgotten about you.
  • Personalized resources along the way, like meditations, mindfulness exercises, and grounding practices, chosen for what you're moving through.

Support from a woman who has lost herself more than once, found her way home, and has spent the last 11 years walking other women back to themselves, with nearly 30 years of her own practice underneath it.

I keep my 1:1 client list small on purpose, because I pour a lot into the women I work with. When the spaces are full, the paths close until one opens again.

Not sure yet? Start with the Reset.

Sometimes in the middle of a big life shift you don't have the capacity to see further ahead, and that's okay. The Identity Reset is a 90-minute Zoom session where we find where your energy is stuck, use somatic practices to honor the roles or relationships you've outgrown, and decide on your next aligned step.

Afterward you have 7 days of voice and text support from me, Monday through Friday. It's $297, and if you decide you want to keep going, the full $297 credits toward coaching when you apply within those 7 days.

She's not here to sell you something, she's here to teach you something. Sometimes we think we know ourselves wholly, but the truth is, that isn't always the case. I think Rachel is good at bringing people to center and refocusing their own needs, and when you have a family, that benefits them as well. She's very responsive and understanding.

Here's what people love about working with me:

Still have questions?

Take a breath, take your time, and see if these answers help.

What happens after I apply?

You fill out a short application so I can learn a little about where you are and what you're hoping for. Then I'll reach out the way you prefer, by email, text, or a quick call. If I feel I can support you, I'll send you everything you need to get started. And if I don't think I'm the right person for what you're moving through, I'll do my best to point you toward someone or something that can help.

How does messaging you between sessions work?

You have me on Telegram, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern. It's a free app for your phone or computer that works like texting, with the option to leave voice notes, and I'll send you setup instructions before we begin. Message me as often as you'd like. There's no minimum and no right amount, and I check in with you either way, so nothing depends on you remembering to start the conversation.

What if I'm not sure I have time?

This was built for a full life. It's two hours a month on Zoom, and everything else fits into your own schedule, so there's nothing extra to plan around and no assignments waiting for you to fall behind on.

What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?

Most of what you've tried probably worked on one layer at a time. Mindset work comes at it from the mind down, yoga and breathwork from the body up, and when you only get one, the other keeps pulling you back. Here we do both, so your nervous system settles and your thinking shifts together. That's what makes it last.

Can't I just use AI for this?

AI is a great tool for information, and you probably already know what you "should" be doing. Coaching gives you someone who knows your story, notices your patterns, and holds you to what matters most to you. It's the difference between reading about how to trust yourself and having someone walk beside you while you practice it in real life.

What if I'm not ready yet?

If something inside you is leaning toward yes, trust that. And if you'd like to dip a toe in first, the Reset is a 90-minute session plus a week of support, and it credits toward coaching if you decide to keep going within those 7 days.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Life happens, and if you need to move a session, just give me at least 24 hours notice and we'll find another time that month. Sessions cancelled with less than a day's notice, or missed without any notice, are counted as used. If something outside your control comes up, let me know and we can sort it out together.

How does payment work?

You can pay in full or choose a payment plan, whichever works best for you. Once we've connected and agreed on your path, I'll send you a secure link with your payment options and terms, and your first payment is due before we begin.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final. Coaching is an investment in yourself, and real change takes time, so each path runs a full term and your spot is held for all of it. If anything's unclear before you decide, email me at [email protected].

You've done the hard work of holding it all together.

You've kept going and taken care of everything and everyone, even when it cost you. Now it's your turn to be supported, and to find out what this next chapter could hold for you. If you're not sure you're ready, or it feels hard to trust yourself right now, that's exactly where we start.
