Wellspring

A resource for yoga teachers The Art of Teaching From Within

The name Wellspring comes from the transformation I experienced moving from looking outside myself for inspiration as a new teacher toward teaching from my own deep internal source ten+ years later.

A wellspring rises from within the earth. That's the metaphor and the mission. Everything comes from an internal source that doesn't run dry.

Wellspring will grow intentionally, beginning with a monthly newsletter and fresh teacher resources.
